COMMUNITY FITNESS TRAINING

Build a sustainable workout program alongside your peers with the support of personal trainer, Kayla Yee!

We’ll practice a nourishing mindset around exercise by treating our bodies as a metaphor for the natural environment. Together, we’ll discover what it means to care for ourselves and the world around us.
